Maths Emporium is a resource provided by Pearson-Edexcel, for centres delivering their maths qualifications.
There’s an abundance of useful resources on there; from exam material such as mock_papers, past papers, shadow papers, model solves, and other varying forms of practice papers; to class materials, such as worksheets, starter activities and posters; to CPD resources, such as “tea-break” training videos, marking guides, and other training materials.
Access
This resource is accessed through a Pearson-Edexcel account, and so you will need to liaise with the person within your organisation who manages these accounts. This may be an exams administrator, or it may be a member of the leadership team.
Navigation
Because there is so much on the site, it can be easy to miss what is available. Things are laid out neatly into categories, but you have to click into a category to see what’s on offer.
To make things a bit more straightforward, I’ve started to map it out below, though this may quickly become just as unwieldy.
Note
These are just the top-level links at the moment as I was testing to see how the nesting works with the dropdown. I will work to get the GCSE links done first but will likely not get back to it until I have some other bits set up.
Update: Math Emporium is moving
I’m glad I didn’t invest too much time in actually doing this as it would seem that the emporium is moving.
It will be moving to “ActiveHub”
