Accounts
You will need a Pearson account in order to access certain resources. This account will be administrated by somebody within your organisation, but different organisations will assign different administrators.
If you have an exams team/officer, they would be the best first point of contact. Heads of Department or Senior Leaders may also administer accounts, especially in smaller organisations. If in doubt, your line manager should know.
